Last night, Married At First Sight did something it had never done before. “There are certain standards we’ve got to adhere to,” Aiken tells the group. “I think also, it’s not in the spirit of the experiment for you to be staying to get back at your partner.”

He added, “What we will do is send you back to the group and both of you now will leave the experiment regardless of the decision you’ve written on the pads.”

“I did wanna leave, I was just doing it out of pure spite,” Hayley explains. “I just wanted to sit in my hotel room and I wanted you to suck eggs for a while.”
