“Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, an unexpected tragedy forces them out of the shadows to reunite against mankind’s most ancient enemy, The Deviants,” the official synopsis from Marvel Studios reads.

But wait, who exactly are the Eternals? The species was created when the alien Celestials came to Earth and experimented on the human race, says Screen RantThe results: powerful, immortal beings known as the Eternals and evil, less-evolved creatures known as the Deviants.
