The film follows teenager Brooks Rattigan (Centineo), who decides to create a dating app to pay for his college fund. The app allows him to rent himself out as a fake boyfriend for people who need it.
The twist?
After having to change his personality each week, Rattigan “begins to question who he really is and who he wants to be with.”
Centineo is also returning to Netflix with a To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before sequel with co-star Lana Condor. He’ll also be in the Charlie’s Angels reboot as a love interest.
