Roxy Jacenko has been open about her own struggles since her husband, Oliver Curtis, was sentenced to one year in jail for insider trading.
Now she has revealed the toll it is taking on the couple’s young children, Hunter, two, and Pixie, five, who she says has “terrible days”.
“We just try to make sure she’s busy all the time because an idle mind, whether you’re five or 50, is a disaster, but I’m proud of her,’ Roxy tells WHO magazine.

“I told Pixie and Hunter their father would be home by Christmas…it was so far away, now here we are,’ she added.
Back in August the PR maven also revealed Pixie’s struggles with not having her dad around.
“Pixie’s very upset,” Roxy revealed in an interview with 60 Minutes. “Every day’s hard with her now and she cries for her dad.”.
“Making a happy birthday video for him last night was horrible. Absolutely awful. She cried and slept in bed with me.”

Oliver is due to appear in court this Friday in the hopes of having his insider trading conviction overturned. He was sentenced to a minimum of one year in jail in June this year.
If successful he will walk free and be home with his family just in time for Christmas.
