According to 9 News, Mr Rofe was found guilty of assaulting ex-partner Kasey Williams. His former partner said she had been attacked by the reality contestant at his property in Sydney’s south west in October last year. Ms Williams claimed the violent incident took place in front of her two-year-old daughter.

Accusations that Mr Rolfe choked his partner were found false by the judge.

In court, Mr Rofe was seen smirking during proceedings and the magistrate asked him: “Would you stop smirking at her.”
