We’re nobody language experts, but it’s hard not to notice that Kate Middleton looks more relaxed in the public eye, especially compared to when she first married into the royal family back in 2011.

Understandably, constantly being in the spotlight can be unnerving, particularly when life as a royal comes with so many rules about how to act and what is acceptable to say and speak about.
After almost 10 years of practice, Kate is finally finding her groove.
Sources close to the Duchess told People that they have observed growing confidence in Kate, and through her own role as a mother she’s found passion and purpose in helping mothers and children everywhere. “She is finding her voice,” a source said.
This includes writing her own speeches and being less guarded about what she says in public.
As a family friend told People, “She is now more open with what she wants to say, and funnily enough, she is more relaxed as well”.
“She is an adoring mother, and she is contributing publicly in the way we would want her to,” adds another source. “You see it more and more. The young student has turned into our future Queen.”
Kate’s new-found confidence is even more apparent when she’s with fellow Duchess Meghan Markle – who only has one year of practice under her sleeve.
Kate Middleton’s posture, demeanor, and even her smile is more relaxed and warm; whereas Meghan looks more rigid and guarded in her new royal role.
